Dr. Hoffman has limited his practice to surgical placement of dental implants and the prosthetic restoration of implants, including immediate full-arch dental implantology ("All-on-X" and "All-on-4") procedures. Dr. Hoffman also performs individual implant placement with restoration, as well as full-mouth extractions for placement of traditional dentures, if the patient is not a candidate for these procedures, or cannot afford implants.
